A standard marketplace page carries much of the purchasing instruction inside its option selectors. A manual order does not. When a LitBuy agent receives a Fill & Buy request, the product link, written specification, images, price and domestic freight fields have to recreate the decision that a normal listing would have encoded. If one field contradicts another, the order is not merely incomplete; it can point to a different product.

LitBuy’s current Fill & Buy page is designed for goods sourced through third-party platforms and channels that may not flow through ordinary product search. Its public examples include Xianyu, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Pinduoduo, Dewu, Youzan and Yupoo. The page is therefore best treated as a procurement brief, not a shortcut form. Your job is to make one purchasable outcome unmistakable while preserving the conditions that would make you stop.

Build a source packet before opening the form

Start outside LitBuy with four pieces of evidence: the live product page, the seller identity, a screenshot that shows the desired version and any conversation that establishes price or availability. Save the date beside each item. Manual sources can change quickly, and a gallery image shared earlier may no longer match the seller’s current offer.

Open the product page again before submission. Confirm that it leads to the intended seller and not a profile, album homepage, expired post or unrelated chat. If the source requires navigating through several images, record the exact image number, post date or seller code that identifies the item. A working URL is not enough when the destination contains dozens of products.

Then write a one-line identity statement: product type, model or seller reference, chosen variation and quantity. This becomes the control sentence for every field. If a later image, price or note does not agree with that sentence, resolve the conflict before sending the request.

Use Product Link as provenance, not description

The live LitBuy form requires a product link, but a link proves only where the request came from. It does not reliably communicate color, size, included pieces, condition or seller promises. Paste the deepest stable page available and keep a separate capture of what it displayed at submission time.

When a seller changes the page after submission, preserve both versions. The original proves what you requested; the current page shows what the agent may see. If they differ materially, send one update through the order’s current communication channel before purchase rather than hoping the older state is still understood.

Turn Product Name into a unique label

LitBuy also requires a product name. Use it as a compact record label, not marketing copy. A useful name combines the item class with the seller’s model, stock code or recognizable variant. “Blue jacket” is weak. “Seller 84 / cropped denim jacket / washed blue / size M” can be matched to notes and images.

Keep one item per manual request when variations have different prices, sellers or acceptance rules. Combining several products under a broad name makes later payment differences, seller messages and warehouse evidence difficult to reconcile.

Write Notes as an acceptance specification

The current Fill & Buy form requires Notes and provides space for product description and specifications such as color and size. LitBuy’s visible counter allows up to 1,000 characters. Use that space in a fixed order: identity, required variation, included pieces, condition, seller question and stop rule.

Separate requirements from preferences. “Size 42 only; do not substitute” is a requirement. “Prefer the darker shade if both remain available” is a preference. If a preference can change the price, require confirmation before purchase. Never bury a stop rule at the end of a long paragraph.

Describe observable details. For a used-market item, record the stated condition, named defects, included accessories and the exact photo that shows each point. For made-to-order goods, record the seller-confirmed dimensions and production choice. Avoid asking the agent to judge taste, fit, authenticity or quality from vague wording.

THE MANUAL ORDER RULEIf the agent could obey every sentence and still buy two meaningfully different products, the specification is not finished.

Make images perform one job each

The current page permits up to five product images, with each file under 2 MB in GIF, JPG or PNG format. Use the limited set deliberately. Image one should identify the whole item. Image two should show the chosen variation. Image three can isolate the seller’s size or option chart. Images four and five should document included parts, condition or a price conversation only when those facts affect purchase.

Crop away unrelated products, usernames you do not need, promotional banners and chat messages that do not establish a term. Add a simple annotation only when it points to the exact requested option, and keep the unmarked original in your record. An arrow without context can be less useful than a clean image plus one sentence in Notes.

Do not use five near-identical beauty shots. Manual ordering needs disambiguation, not persuasion. Every uploaded image should answer a question the link or notes cannot answer as clearly.

Control uncertain price without pretending it is final

The live Fill & Buy form requires a unit price in CNY. It currently instructs buyers who do not know the price to submit an order under 10 CNY and wait for the agent to confirm the difference. This is a temporary input for an unresolved price, not evidence that the product costs that amount.

Before using that path, write your maximum acceptable product price in your private control record. If the seller has quoted a price, capture the quote and its scope: unit only, set, deposit, customization or shipping included. Do not merge product price with domestic freight unless the seller explicitly presents one combined amount.

When LitBuy confirms a difference, compare the revised amount with the same product, variation, quantity and included pieces. A higher number may reflect a corrected price, but it can also reveal that the seller and your brief describe different packages. Approve the difference only after identity and money agree.

Keep quantity and domestic shipping independent

The form separates quantity from domestic shipping and explains that domestic shipping covers the seller-to-LitBuy warehouse leg. Enter quantity as the number of purchasable units, not the number of components inside a set. If one listing includes three pieces sold together, quantity one may still be correct; explain the set contents in Notes.

Use the seller’s current domestic freight when known. If it is unknown, do not invent a confident figure. Preserve the source state and allow the live agent process to confirm the actual requirement. International shipping is charged separately, as the form states, so it should not be estimated inside the domestic field.

After any seller correction, recheck multiplication. Unit price, quantity and domestic freight must produce the same commercial picture as the seller conversation. A small arithmetic mismatch can hide a much larger specification error.

Read the disclaimer as a purchasing boundary

LitBuy’s current manual-order disclaimer says it assists with seller inquiries, purchasing and third-party logistics, but cannot verify product quality or authenticity. It also warns that goods from the listed third-party channels may be unavailable, carry shipping risks or incur additional service fees, with the actual situation subject to staff confirmation.

The page further states that returns without quality issues or merchant-related problems are not accepted for these products. Treat that as a reason to define evidence before payment, not as permission to assume every defect guarantees a remedy. Live seller conditions, platform rules and LitBuy’s current handling decision still matter.

Check the prohibited-items statement and disclaimer presented beside the submission control. If the product’s material, battery, liquid, dimensions or intended use creates uncertainty, pause before ordering. Manual entry does not bypass route or compliance restrictions.

Run a contradiction audit before Submit Order

Read the form in a different order from how you filled it: images, notes, name, link, quantity, price and domestic freight. This forces you to inspect the same request from the agent’s perspective. Highlight any attribute mentioned in only one place and any attribute described differently in two places.

Verify that the chosen image matches the written color and size, that the price belongs to the same variation, and that the quantity does not duplicate set contents. Confirm that every required seller question has a stop rule. Save the completed request state before submission.

After submission, LitBuy instructs buyers to track the order in Orders. When the status becomes Stored, the item moves to Warehouse for selection and parcel submission. Keep the manual brief linked to both stages. The brief proves what should have been purchased; warehouse evidence shows what arrived.

The Fill & Buy submission checklist

  1. Save the live source, seller identity and submission date.
  2. Write one control sentence for item, variation and quantity.
  3. Use the deepest stable product link available.
  4. Create a unique, factual product name.
  5. Order Notes as identity, requirements, questions and stop rule.
  6. Upload only images that remove a specific ambiguity.
  7. Separate provisional price, quantity and domestic freight.
  8. Read current manual-order risks and prohibited-item terms.
  9. Audit the form for contradictions before submission.
  10. Link the saved brief to Orders and the eventual Warehouse entry.

LitBuy Fill & Buy questions

When is Fill & Buy useful?

It is useful when a product source does not flow through LitBuy’s ordinary searchable listing process and you need to submit the link, description, images and commercial details manually.

Is a product link enough for a manual order?

No. The link establishes provenance, while the name, notes and images must identify the exact variation, quantity, included pieces and any purchase condition.

What belongs in the Notes field?

Use a fixed order: item identity, required variation, included pieces, condition, one seller question and a clear instruction not to purchase if a required condition fails.

How many images can I upload?

The current form allows up to five images. Each must be under 2 MB and use GIF, JPG or PNG format.

What if the unit price is unknown?

The current page instructs buyers to submit an amount under 10 CNY and wait for the agent to confirm the difference. Treat that value as provisional and verify the corrected price against the same specification.

Does domestic shipping include international freight?

No. The domestic field covers seller-to-warehouse delivery. LitBuy states that international shipping is charged separately.

Can LitBuy verify authenticity through Fill & Buy?

The current disclaimer says LitBuy cannot verify product quality or authenticity. Build decisions around observable seller information and warehouse evidence rather than unsupported claims.

Where do I follow the order after submission?

LitBuy directs buyers to track it in Orders. Once it shows Stored, the warehouse entry becomes available for the later parcel workflow.
