1. Match identity first
Confirm model, color, size marking and quantity before judging small cosmetic details. A beautiful photo of the wrong variation is still the wrong order.
QC is most useful when you treat warehouse photos as decision evidence, not decoration. This page gives the spreadsheet a supporting workflow: identify what matters for the item, compare the visible evidence, and request clarification before parcel submission when a material point is still uncertain.
Confirm model, color, size marking and quantity before judging small cosmetic details. A beautiful photo of the wrong variation is still the wrong order.
Look for symmetry, visible damage, print placement, obvious stitching problems and the areas most likely to affect use. Prioritize evidence that changes a keep, exchange or return decision.
If an angle does not show the feature you need, record that as missing evidence instead of assuming it is fine. Ask for a closer photo or measurement when the decision justifies it.
Start with the listing and order details so you know exactly what the warehouse image is supposed to represent. Then inspect the full-item views before zooming into local details. This prevents a common mistake: spending time on stitching while missing a wrong size label, colorway or quantity.
For apparel, separate fit evidence from appearance evidence. A photo can confirm color and construction but may not prove fit. Measurements, when available or requested, are more useful for that question. For shoes and structured items, compare left and right sides, visible shape and any clearly photographed labels or markings. For accessories, focus on dimensions, attachment points and visible surface condition.
Extra QC is most valuable when one missing fact can change your next action. Examples include an unreadable size tag, a detail hidden by the default angle, a suspected stain, an uncertain measurement or a difference between the received item and the order variation. Avoid collecting photos without a decision question behind them.

After QC, the question changes from “is this the item I want?” to “how should this order be prepared and shipped?” Continue with the warehouse guide and shipping guide, or return to the LitBuy spreadsheet.
