Track by status
Separate ordered, shipped domestically, arrived, QC-reviewed and parcel-ready items. Status clarity is more useful than relying on memory across a multi-item haul.
A warehouse is the control point between domestic purchasing and international parcel submission. Treat each arrival as a small checklist: confirm the order, review evidence, resolve exceptions, and only then mark it ready for consolidation.
Separate ordered, shipped domestically, arrived, QC-reviewed and parcel-ready items. Status clarity is more useful than relying on memory across a multi-item haul.
Wrong variations, incomplete evidence or visible issues should be handled before the rest of the parcel is finalized. One unresolved item can delay the entire shipment.
Decide what “ready” means for your order: all priority items received, QC questions closed and packaging decisions understood. That makes the shipping step predictable.
For each item, keep four pieces of information together: the ordered variation, current warehouse status, QC decision and shipping readiness. This makes it much easier to see which item is blocking a parcel and why. It also reduces duplicate checks when orders arrive on different days.
Different sellers and domestic carriers can move at different speeds, so avoid setting the international parcel plan around the first item that arrives. Instead, identify which remaining items matter enough to wait for and which can be handled separately. If storage limits or deadlines affect the decision, verify the current platform rules rather than relying on an old guide.
An arrival should not automatically become parcel-ready. Review the item against the order details and the evidence available. If a material question remains, resolve it while the item is still in the warehouse workflow. Once the decision is closed, move to parcel structure and route comparison.
This page explains a planning method, not a fixed policy. Warehouse handling, storage, service options and timelines may change; confirm current platform information for transaction-specific decisions.
